Sharing the Message: Certified Seed Logos and Advertisements

The Sharing the Message ad campaign is a joint effort of Canada’s seed industry including growers, breeders and seed trade. The new theme: ‘Success. Some farmers plant it.’ was designed to

  • Create a positive first impression and be visually appealing so that it stands out in farm publications
  • Convey a rational case for using certified seed Reinforce a positive feeling with farmers who plant certified seed
  • Raise the question about whether farmers who are not planting certified seed should be planting it

Primary message: Certified seed equals success
Supporting message: Certified seed opens the doors to new opportunities for success.

Please use the ad campaign materials in your marketing plans over the next year.
The ads should be integrated into:

  • Seed product guides
  • Advertising in general farm publications, company newsletters and e- newsletters
  • Web sites, and
  • Other promotional materials utilized by your company/organization
