The Agronomy Update will be held completely online on Jan. 11 to 12, 2022 with registration now open, a Dec. 2 email says.

The Agronomy Update is hosted by the Alberta Wheat Commission, Alberta Barley Commission, Alberta Canola and Alberta Pulse Growers.

The cost to attend is $40 per person with over 25 different speakers presenting and the opportunity to collect CCA credits.

There is a new session called Back to Agronomy Basics. The session is an introduction and foundational course for farmers and agronomists in order to gain a better grasp of concepts presented at the conference. The email says it’s a good course for young agronomists who are still learning or those looking to brush up on their agronomic basics. It will be held on Jan. 5.
