Did you know that 75 per cent of employees say they have no desire to stay at a job more than five years? Forty per cent of employees leave their jobs due to poor management. Seventy per cent leave because they find opportunities to advance their career outside of their current company. Twenty per cent leave for better pay and inadequate training accounts for 40 per cent of resignations.
The current labour market is limited and it makes keeping employees critical.
Season four will take a deep dive into the business of running a business to help you and your company facilitate meaningful conversations with employees that help encourage a positive and healthy work environment we want to help you navigate the discussions in-house to protect your ability to function and serve your customers.
In addition, talk about what you can do to maximize your effectiveness in your position, how you can showcase your successes, air your concerns and generally create a workplace when you’re happy to keep coming back to day in and day out. From overcoming imposter syndrome to even volunteering on boards and other leadership opportunities, we’ll dive into what you can do to set yourself up personally for success.
