SeedNet Hires Jeff Jackson as New General Manager

Alberta-based seed company SeedNet has hired Jeff Jackson as their new general manager, the company says in a news release on Sept. 14.

“We are thrilled that Jeff has accepted this position, and we are looking forward to an exciting future working together. Jeff’s experience and personality give us a great outlook for our SeedNet group, and we are feeling very optimistic about the future,” Rick Stamp, president of SeedNet, says in the release.

Jackson has years of experience in the seed business working in various roles , the release notes. He has experience working with the whole value chain, from producer tp end-user.

SeedNet specializes in finding niche markets within the seed and agriculture industry and has also found success in the mainstream cereals, pulses, specialty crops, and hybrid fall rye markets, the release says.
