The Prairie Cereals Summit will be held on Dec. 6 to 7 at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel, an Aug. 29 email from Alberta Grains said.
The two day conference includes speakers and networking opportunities. Day one features an opportunity to learn about Alberta Grains and its strategic plan forward, as well as a policy panel and a beer-tasting networking event, the email said. Day two focuses on soil science with sessions on farm financing, agronomy, research highlights and panel discussions. Day two also includes the banquet and keynote speaker presentation from Chris Beaudry, a former Humboldt Broncos coach and farmer who will speak on his path to resiliency.
Registration is now open with early bird tickets available until Nov. 3.
